Once you opt into Creative Concierge, our exclusive interior design partner Abby Fitzgerald of Fitz Haus Interior Design steps in. A respected local designer, Abby brings your style to life with a collaborative design process and curated selections tailored to how you live. From initial mood boards to your detailed room presentation, every step is handled with care, including one round of reselects per room to ensure everything is just right.
When the design is approved, Abby handles purchasing, tracking, and storage of all items. When your renovation is complete, she stages your home for a stunning reveal, complete with optional white-glove delivery, assembly, and final styling.

Pricing is flexible and transparent:
- 3% of the cost when selected during the planning phase of your project
- 4% if added after construction begins
- For clients outside of our renovation program, pricing is available by square footage and defined by room.
